Returns
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- — Returned in the same condition it was delivered in
- — Unworn, unused and undamaged
- — Free from any perfume, oud, body scent, smoke or other odours
- — Returned with all tags, labels and packaging still attached
- — Free from makeup marks, stains, pulls or signs of wear
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns where the item has been worn, scented, altered, damaged, or where the original tags or labels have been removed.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason for return, at sales@thezanaedit.com. We will guide you through the next steps.
Once your return is received and checked, we will confirm by email and process any refund to your original payment method.
